Your co-owners are other vetted, privacy-minded individuals who share the aircraft's availability using a structured scheduling system. Everyone gets guaranteed access, guaranteed rates, and guaranteed standards — managed entirely by the ObsidianFalcon team.

Everything You Need to Know
You own a legally registered fractional share of the Dassault Falcon 50, registered in the UAE under a GCAA-compliant structure. You receive a UAE ownership certificate. This is not a timeshare or a flight credit — it is a real property asset with a title document.
Each owner has access proportional to their share. The scheduling system guarantees your 8-hour minimum notice right. In the rare event of a conflict, a structured priority rotation system resolves it — full share owners have priority over half share owners for peak slots.
Everything: two pilots, fuel, landing fees, handling, aircraft insurance, routine maintenance, positioning, and crew accommodation. Catering is an add-on at cost. There are no fuel surcharges, no peak-day premiums, and no management mark-ups.
Yes. Your share is a transferable asset. You can sell it privately, through our owner-to-owner marketplace, or back to ObsidianFalcon subject to a right of first refusal. There is no fixed lock-in period, though most owners hold for 3–5 years.
For scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, ObsidianFalcon arranges an equivalent charter substitute at no additional cost to the owner. Your departure commitment is never compromised.
No. Charter means paying per flight with no ownership. Subscription (e.g. VistaJet) means buying access with no equity. Fractional ownership means you own an asset — you have legal title, you can sell it, and you build equity.
The UAE imposes zero personal income tax and zero capital gains tax. Any appreciation in your share's value upon resale is fully retained. This makes UAE-domiciled aircraft ownership uniquely advantageous compared to ownership structures in the UK, Europe, or the US.

Card Programme Questions Answered
Explorer and Signature cards are valid for 12 months with full rollover of unused hours. Elite cards are valid for 18 months. If you choose not to renew, unused hours are refunded at the original per-hour rate, less a 5% administrative fee.
Yes. When you purchase your card, the per-hour rate is locked for the life of that card balance — including any rollovers. You are protected from fuel price increases, operational cost inflation, and any future rate adjustments.
Yes. Card hours can be used by immediate family members or designated representatives. Simply notify your concierge ahead of any flight. Third-party resale of hours is not permitted.
Contact your concierge at any time. We confirm departure slot availability and guarantee the aircraft departs within 8 hours of your call. In practice, most bookings are made 24–48 hours in advance, giving us time to personalise every detail of your flight.
At any point, you can elect to convert your remaining card balance toward the purchase of an ownership share. The balance is credited at face value — dollar for dollar — toward the share buy-in price. Ownership clients are then issued their UAE title certificate and the card account is closed.
